NCAA March Madness 2013: Sweet Sixteen Updated Final Scores

Finally, NCAA March Madness continues with the Sweet Sixteen lineup ready to take to the courts and give us back our basektball.

The East Region’s top four seeds—No. 1 Indiana, No. 2 Miami, No. 3 Marquette and No. 4 Syracuse—all advanced to the Sweet Sixteen with wins over the weekend.

Final: Ohio State 73, Arizona 70

Final: Syracuse 61, Indiana 50

Thursday’s March Madness doubleheader begins at 7:15 p.m. when No. 3-seed Marquette meets No. 2-seed Miami. Ohio State was playing Arizona, Syracuse takes on top-seeded Indiana and Witchita State meets La Salle.

Thursday’s winners will play at noon Saturday, March 30, at Verizon Center for a spot in the Final Four, which will be held April 6 in Atlanta.
