Neighbor Spies Break-In At Herndon Home: Police

The neighbor was out walking the dog when something appeared amiss about a nearby home.

HERNDON, VA -- An alert neighbor called the police after spotting a home that appear to be broken into in a Herndon neighborhood.

The neighbor was walking the dog in the 13200 block of Stone Heather Drive near Franklin Farm Village Shopping Center and came across the home, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

Police believe the home had been broken into either on Tuesday or Wednesday. They do not know if anything was stolen.
