According to the Cafe Rio website, this would be the chain's 10th location in the D.C. area. Currently, the nearest one to Herndon is in Chantilly.
Looks like Cafe Rio is going into the former McDonald’s space on Elden Street, near Virginia Kitchen. Cafe Rio is new to me...a fast casual Mexican place. Not sure on their expected opening date yet, so stay tuned!https://t.co/CaKafpq2dd https://t.co/CaKafpq2dd
