Katie McManus joins us for a one-night tribute performance to the original showgirl, Bette Midler. From Bette’s early days in the bathhouses of New York all the way to Hollywood and back to Broadway, McManus will sing us through the the Divine Miss M’s decades-long career. With over 30 albums, 35 movies, 4 Golden Globes, 3 Emmys, 3 Grammys, and dozens of nominations, it’s sure to be one divine night.

Katie was recently seen in NextStop’s productions of Seussical and Into the Woods, and she will appear in the Spring production of City of Angels. Katie has appeared in dozens of other DC area productions including: World Goes ‘Round and Jacques Brel is Alive and Well…. at Creative Cauldron; Two Gentleman of Verona: A Rock Opera at Shakespeare Theatre; Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson at Studio Theatre; Chess and Sweeney Todd at Signature Theatre; RENT, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, A Man of No Importance, and Man of La Mancha at Keegan Theatre; and she was a special guest soloist with the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC, at the Kennedy Center.
