A bluegrass benediction. In bluegrass murder ballads, women get killed in many ways—Stabbed, drowned, strangled, shot... The cause? Usually jealousy or a spurned lover. We’re going to portray both the murderers and the murdered, focusing on the the women in these sad tales. It’ll be dark, funny, and honest. Help us lift them from the bottom of the river and tell their stories. Over Her Dead Body is produced by Pinky Swear Productions and will be showcased during the Capital Fringe Festival this July.
