Pantsless Man Causes Drama in Herndon: Police
A middle-aged man who was naked from the waist down was issued a summons, police say.
HERNDON, VA — A middle-aged man who was found naked from the waist down in the vestibule of a building has been summoned to appear in court -- wearing pants this time, presumably.
Herndon police were called to the 600 block of Center Street on May 3 after a "suspect was observed standing in the vestibule of a building, naked from the waist down," according to a report from the police department.
Police issued a summons to 54-year-old Richard Hogan of Herndon for indecent exposure.

He was released to the custody of a relative, police said.
