Play Lacrosse with Herndon-Reston Youth Lacrosse

Looking for a FUN Spring sport for your son or daughter? Registration for the Herndon-Reston Youth Lacrosse (HRYL) 2016 spring season is OPEN!

New and experienced players are welcome! Grades Pre-K through 8th.

The spring program is open to boys in the U9, U11, U13, and U15 age divisions (age as of August 31, 2015) and girls in grades K/2, 3/4, 5/6, and 7/9 who live in the Herndon High School and South Lakes High School boundaries.

In the spring, HRYL plays in the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League (NVYLL). The 2016 game season will run from early April to early June. Preseason development sessions and player evaluations are being planned for late January into February depending on age/grade division. Practices will begin around March 1st.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - HRYL is a volunteer based organization and has various open administrative and team positions. Please review the list of opportunities at HRYL Volunteers.
