Police: Franklin Farm Flashing Suspect Is At Large

The Fairfax County police are looking for the suspect in an Aug. 2 indecent exposure incident at a Herndon-area shopping center.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds and wearing a T-shirt and blue jeans.

The incident occurred at 4:25 p.m. at the Franklin Farm Village Shopping Center, in the 13300 block of Franklin Farm Road, according to a police report. The victim was driving through the center’s parking lot and saw a man standing partially in the roadway.

The suspect exposed himself to the victim and then fled, the police said. Officers checked the area, but they could not find the suspect.
