The Fairfax Couty police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect in a robbery that occurred on June 11 in the Herndon area. They released a sketch Thursday of the suspect in last week’s robbery.

A woman was returning to her car after grocery shopping at around 3 p.m. in an underground parking garage at the Harris Teeter store in the 12900 block of Highland Crossing Drive, in Woodland Park Crossing, according to a police report.
The woman, 47, was approached by a man who forced her into the passenger seat of her vehicle and threatened her with a knife. He demanded money and her phone. She handed it over and he fled.

The suspect was described as Hispanic, around 50 years old, with wavy hair and wearing a light blue shirt and light brown pants.
