One of the most impressive aspects of the curriculum is Primrose’s Helping Hands® program – which teaches children the importance of helping others through community-focused activities. As an example, this month in Primrose Schools across the country, children are learning about the importance of generosity. Through partnerships with parents, children are encouraged to perform chores at home so they can raise pennies to buy canned goods for local foodbanks. With the pennies they raise, Primrose children create shopping lists as a classroom, and the Pre-Kindergarten classrooms then go on a field trip to local grocery stores to purchase non-perishable food items for local foodbanks!

Going beyond excellence in education and giving children real-world experiences in social responsibility is part of the ‘Primrose Difference’ that is being sought by parents across the country.
