Quilter's Brandywine Pattern Published in International Quilt Magazine

Internationally known Quilt and Fabric Designer, Pat Sloan, “The Voice of Quilting,” is proud to announce publication of her work in the Quilt magazine, Primitive Quilts and Projects, hitting quilt shops, bookstores, and other retailers everywhere in mid-to-late April.

“We are honored to have Pat’s quilt in our magazine. It has a lovely appliqué design and is sure to be a hit with our readers.  We love her work, her enthusiasm for quilting, and her generosity in helping quilters everywhere,” says Jeni Gaston, creative director for Primitive Quilts and Projects.

“I'm very inspired by antique quilts, and Brandwine was started when I saw a block similar to these in an antique,” says Ms. Sloan. “From there I designed all the blocks and thought that I'd finish it off with lots of fun hoops! This is one of my classic folk art styles that will look wonderful made up in any fabric style you love. Send me a photo of your version, I'd love to see it!”

Quiltmaker, Designer, Author, Producer & Host of her own radio/podcast show, Pat Sloan is all about quilting. Her passion for her work comes out in her quilts and the many groups she has online who 'Quilt Along' with Pat.
