Robbers Hold Up Someone They Know In Herndon, Are Quickly Jailed: Police
Police say the robbers stole the victim's wallet, ID, and about $40 -- and they now face felonies as a result.

HERNDON, VA — A pair of apparently not-so-bright criminals decided to rob a man they knew last week in Herndon, and found themselves sitting behind bars as a result, according to police.
The Herndon Police Department said in its weekly report that 19-year-old Taliek Nazia Foster and 20-year-old Raaheim Allah Foster, both of Ashburn, decided to rob someone who could easily identify them.
It happened Aug. 7, when police were called to the 500 block of Florida Avenue to a report of a robbery.

"The victim was approached by two suspects he knew and they took his wallet, identification, and approximately $40 in cash," the report states. "The victim was unharmed. Officers located both suspects and victim’s stolen property was recovered."
The Fosters -- relation not listed -- face charges of assault, robbery, and three counts of credit card fraud.

They were taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
