Robbery On Elden Street Investigated By Herndon Police: Report
A man walking on the sidewalk near Alabama Drive and Elden Street was robbed by two men, one of whom may have had a handgun, police say.

HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police are investigating a robbery that took place last month near the intersection of Alabama Drive and Elden Street, according to the weekly police report.
The victim told police that two men approached him from behind as he was walking on the sidewalk on March 29. One of the men showed what appeared to be a handgun and they demanded the victim hand over his property, according to police. Once he did, the two men drove off in vehicle that was driven by a third suspect.
Between March 27 and April 2, there were a total of 134 traffic violations reported, including one for driving while intoxicated, six for driving without an operators license, two for driving on a suspended or revoked license, and 10 for operating a vehicle while holding a phone. There were 13 reportable traffic accidents in Herndon during the week.
