Man Arrested At Cher's Malibu Home For Allegedly Selling Fentanyl
The 23-year-old, who lives at the Malibu home, is the son of one of Cher's assistants, according to reports.

MALIBU, CA – A man suspected to selling drugs was arrested at Cher's Malibu home Thursday after authorities served a search warrant. Sheriff's deputies from Ventura County served a warrant at the home related to a narcotics investigation and arrested 23-year-old Donovan Ruiz, the son of one of Cher's assistants, according to TMZ.
Ruiz, who lives at the Malibu home, was wanted in connection to fentanyl sales in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, TMZ reported. According to authorities, he sold to multiple users in Ventura County and one of them, a Thousand Oaks resident, died after using the drug, ABC7 reported.
Cher wasn't home at the time of the arrest, she's on tour and has a show scheduled in Australia, TMZ reported.

He was being held on $500,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at the Ventura County Superior Court on Monday, ABC7 reported.
