Sexual Assault Of Minor Charges Filed Against 2 Herndon Men: Police
Town of Herndon police recently charged two local men for sexually assaulting juvenile victims who were known to them.
HERNDON, VA — Two Herndon men were recently charged with sexual assaulting juvenile victims, according to the weekly crime report.
In the first case, 19-year-old Anthony Over Ruiz Pineda was arrested on May 9 and charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile victim who was known to him in the 1200 bl0ck of Elden Street, according t police.
In the second case, 44-year-old Carlos Giovanni Martinez Aguirre was charged with 10 counts of assaulting a juvenile victim who was know to him in the 500 block of Florida Avenue.

Both Ruiz Pineda and Martinez Aguirre were transferred to the Fairfax County County Adult Detention Center.
