2 Teens Are Facing Sexual Battery Charges In Christmas Day Fondling Incident

HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police arrested a local man and 16-year-old boy for sexually assaulting a juvenile victim in town on Christmas Day, according to the weekly crime report.

Kevin Ernesto Mendez Bolanoz, 19, of Herndon and the boy suspect fondled the victim, who was known to them both, according to the report. Police charged Mendez Bolanoz and the boy with aggravated sexual battery.

Mendez Bolanoz was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond. The boy suspect is being held at the Fairfax Country Juvenile Detention Center
