Sincere Doubts

I find it very hard to believe that paid parking has little effect on business at Reston Town Center. My extended family were all frequent patrons prior to the parking fees, as were many others I have talked to. We still go when its free, but not otherwise. It seems like the intent (other than making money) was to limit users. If so, it worked. The last time I was there it seemed quieter than usual, except for the zoo of trying to find a spot on the street.
