Sterling Teenager Located Safe Tuesday Night

She was located last night by members of the Town of Herndon Police Department.

Loudoun County, VA (March 25, 2020) – A Sterling teenager last seen at her home earlier this month was found safe last night.

Genesis J. Castro, 16, left her home on her own on March 20. She was located last night by members of the Town of Herndon Police Department.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the public for their assistance.

Loudoun County, VA (March 24, 2020) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate 16-year-old Genesis J. Castro who left her home on her own accord earlier this month.

Genesis was last seen on March 20 in the 1300 block of E. Beech Road in Sterling. She has been in contact with a family member and reportedly returned to her home last night and gathered some of her belongings before leaving again.

Genesis is described as being 5’ tall, 110 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She is further described as having a nose piercing. She is possibly in the Herndon area.
