Thelma Hubert, long-time resident of Herndon, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Funeral service Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church. Visitation 10-11 am, funeral 11 am, reception following in Henry Hall.
