Town of Herndon Fourth of July Holiday Hours

The Town of Herndon’s offices and services will be impacted by the Fourth of July holiday.

Town offices will be closed Monday, July 4. No refuse will be collected on Monday, and instead will be collected on Tuesday, July 5. The Herndon Community Center will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the Herndon Centennial Golf Course will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks at Bready Park, 814 Ferndale Ave., will begin with rides opening at 5 p.m., and the celebration beginning at 6:30 p.m. The event will include music, games, races and other activities. Fireworks start at 9:30 p.m.
