Townhouse Fire In Herndon Quickly Extinguished
Fairfax County Fire and Rescue units responded early Wednesday morning to a townhouse fire in the Herndon area.

HERNDON, VA — Fairfax County Fire and Rescue units responded to the report of fire Wednesday morning at a townhouse in the 13300 block of Apgar Place in the Herndon area, according to a post on the department's Twitter account.
When units arrived on the scene, smoke was showing from the structure. Crews located the fire in the wall, and the fire was extinguished by 7:46 a.m., according to an update on FCFRD's Twitter account. The occupants of the townhouse were reported to be safe.
