LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA (June 24, 2020) - The LCSO is saddened to announce that Mr. Logan Leemis was found deceased this morning, June 24 in the Sugarland Run waterway near the Potomac River in Sterling. There are no signs of foul play. The investigation continues pending an autopsy report.

LCSO Asking for Public’s Assistance in Locating Logan Leemis (age 21)

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA (June 23, 2020) - The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Herndon man.

Logan Leemis, 21, was last seen in the area of 20280 Cascades Parkway, Potomac Lakes Sportsplex in Sterling on Monday, June 22 at approx. 5:40 pm. He was last seen wearing a light colored shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers. He is further described as being 5’11” tall, 140 lbs., and has brown hair.

He is considered missing and endangered due to mental and/or physical health concerns. Please contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office if you know the whereabouts of Mr. Leemis by calling 703-777-1021.
