HERNDON, VA — Cody Miller, a two-time medalist and U.S. Swimming Olympian, hosted a clinic in Herndon on Monday to help young swimmers prepare for Tuesday's Herndon Olympics swimming competition. The clinic took place at the Kingston Chase Pool in Herndon.

Tuesday's competition included swim teams from Bradley Farms, Kingston Chase, Four Seasons, Hunters Creek, Herndon Community Center, Herndon Rec, Hiddenbrook, Fox Mill, and Reflection Woods. All nine of those teams have participated in the annual Herndon Olympics for more than 30 years.

Kingston Chase and the Town of Herndon Parks and Recreation Department are the hosts of the annual olympics, which featured the best swimmers from each of the nine teams.
