Herndon Village Network (HVN) is an integral part of the Herndon community. Through HVN, vetted volunteer drivers provide transportation for senior citizens who reside in the 20170 area. Transportation is available weekdays and weekends, and it includes rides to doctor offices, grocery stores, social engagements, and more! To learn how you may volunteer with HVN, visit with a representative during one or more fun community events held in the heart of downtown Herndon this summer.
June 21st: Third Thursday Arts Crawl, 6-9:00 p.m.
July 5th: Near Farmers’ Market, 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
July 19th: Chalk the Town and Third Thursday Arts Crawl, 5-9:00 p.m. plus
a Fun “Find Our Brick 50/50 Fundraiser” at Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern
August 2nd: Near Farmer’s Market, 8:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
August 16th: Third Thursday Arts Crawl, 6-9:00 p.m.
