Winchester Native Tops Graduating Class at Universal Technical Institute

Forrest Smith, was recognized for his academic achievements at his recent graduation from Universal Technical Institute (NYSE: UTI) in Exton, PA, the leading provider of post-secondary education for students seeking careers as professional automotive, diesel, collision repair, motorcycle and marine technicians.
Smith graduated from UTI’s Diesel and Industrial Technology Program with Cummins Engine Training with a 3.89 GPA and 98.93% attendance. He received 3 “Student of the Course” awards (earning the highest grade of the course), as well as a Directors List Award and was nominated into the Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society. Upon graduation, Smith is continuing his education in the Cummins Engine Training Program.

There is work, life, and school balance that must be maintained in order to successfully complete their studies at UTI.
