Woman Terrified By Man Outside Her Herndon Home (ICYMI)

The woman spotted the man with his pants down outside her sliding glass door.

HERNDON, VA -- Police are searching for a man who was touching himself while looking at a woman inside a house outside her rear sliding glass door in Herndon recently.

The resident noticed the man standing outside the door at around 10:35 p.m. April 26 at her home in the 1100 block of Cypress Tree Place, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.

"She observed the man with his pants down while inappropriately touching himself," the report states. "She turned on the exterior lights and yelled for him to leave. He then left on foot behind the houses while trying to get dressed."

Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic man in his 40s with average build and standing 5'8" tall. He had dark hair, a dark knit cap, a blue jacket with black sleeves, blue jeans with a brown belt, and tan construction boots.
