Come out to the gymnasium at and cheer on the Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity Boys Basketball teams as the Vikings have home court advantage over the Indians of Gar-Field Senior High School. This is an open event and all are welcome to attend and support all of the teams. The Freshman team will play at 5 p.m. The Junior Varsity team will play at 6:15 p.m. The Varsity team will play at 7:30 p.m.

The George M. Hampton Foundation is proudly presenting this year's Gene Montague Memorial 5K. The fun run/walk will be from 8:30 am - 10:30 am at Occoquan Park in Lorton. Funds raised will go toward the Foundation's scholarships for local high school seniors, support of mentoring programs (Omega U) and for fundraising support to health initiatives, such as the American Diabetes Association's Step Out. Registration is $45 up to August 29th and a race shirt is included. Registrations after August 29th are $50 and a race shirt IS NOT guaranteed. Come out and have a great time in support of a great foundation and a worthy cause!
