Once a household is registered in CellBadge, guest passes can be purchased from the Recreation department to be added to the account. As these do not expire and passes are not sold on the weekends, residents are encouraged to stock up in order to have as many as they need throughout the summer. See more information regarding guests and passes on the Pools page of the website under the Guests tab.
Assessment payment coupons for the period 9/1/21 - 8/31/22 have been mailed. Coupon payment books contain 4 payment coupons (1 for each quarter) and envelopes to mail your payment. They contain your name, account number, and the amount due. These coupons are the only assessment billing notice you will receive. If you do not receive your coupon book by August 11, 2021 please request replacement coupons here.
