Read over the FY2022 Annual Assessment Notification regarding the coming year's assessment rates from your Board President, Janet Foote.

Assessment payment coupons for the period 9/1/21 - 8/31/22 have been mailed. Coupon payment books contain 4 payment coupons (1 for each quarter) and envelopes to mail your payment. They contain your name, account number, and the amount due. These coupons are the only assessment billing notice you will receive. If you do not receive your coupon book by August 9, 2021 please request replacement coupons here.
