Secret Garden Cafe Now Open in Occoquan
David and Sarah DeVight own the restaurant which replaced the Garden Kitchen.

From Occoquan Mayor Earnie Porta's email newsletter:
Today, April 8, is the opening of Occoquan's Secret Garden Cafe at 404 Mill Street. As I reported last week, our friends Shar and Marie Claire Kundu, operators of Occoquan's Garden Kitchen restaurant since 1990, recently retired. They have sold their restaurant business to David and Sarah DeVight, who some of you in Occoquan may know.
I had the pleasure this past weekend of attending a food-tasting preview at the Secret Garden Cafe. The food was unequivocally excellent and reasonably priced. David and Sarah have put together a menu that is not available elsewhere in Occoquan, combining some old favorites with Asian fusion selections. Additionally, they are renovating both the interior and the outdoor garden area. And, and I am very pleased to report, they are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
