Parade participants will line up near Riverwalk at 121 Poplar Lane. Individuals will be assigned a number; groups will be assigned one number for the entire group. The parade down Mill Street will commence at 10am and gather in River Mill Park for the judging of costumes.
$25 certificates will be awarded to 1st place winners in each costume category. This event is free and open to the public.
