The retirement community at 12185 Clipper Drive is expecting 500 people to join in the celebration next month.
Occoquan District Supervisor, Mike May, Delegate Richard Anderson, State Senator George Barker and U.S. Congressman Gerry Connelly are among the local politicians expected to attend.

The community will commemorate the occasion with a reception where they’ll show videos of the community over the years.
Over the years, the upgrades in the community have include campus-wide wireless and Gold’s Gym personal trainers, according to a press release.
