• VDOT Design Hearings for Norris Bridge Replacement Set for October 21 and 22 (middlenecknews.com) — Residents in Lancaster County can weigh in on the proposed replacement of the Norris Bridge, which carries Route 3 over the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex. VDOT will host open-house design hearings October 21 at Lancaster High School in Irvington and October 22 in Locust Hill, with online materials and multiple ways to submit comments through November 2.
