I want to share a little more about what Waves of Wellness actually is, because it isn't a yoga series, and it isn't traditional group health coaching.
It is something a little different.
Waves of Wellness is a 6-week intimate wellness experience, limited to just 5 women.
Over six semi-private sessions, I will guide you through a journey incorporating the many pieces of wellness that have shaped my own work over the years—yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, Ayurveda, nourishment, journaling, reflection, and whole-person wellness.
But here's the important part:
Your experience will be your own.
We will come together as a small group, and there will absolutely be things we share—movement, breath, conversation, education, reflection and the experience of being surrounded by other women who are also taking time for themselves.
But you are not expected to have the same goals as anyone else.
You aren't following someone else's wellness plan.
You aren't being measured against anyone else.
And you certainly aren't being asked to become a different version of yourself.
Instead, I'll offer you guidance, tools, questions and practices to help you explore what is happening in your body, your life and your season.
Some weeks may speak to you deeply. Something another woman shares may open a door for you. You may discover something about yourself through movement. Something through journaling. Something through breath. Something as simple as realizing that you need more rest—or more joy—or a different rhythm in your day.
That is the beauty of a small group.
We learn together, but our journeys are not the same.
There is no one-size-fits-all version of wellness.
Your body is different. Your life is different. Your responsibilities are different. Your energy is different. Your history is different.
So while we will move through the same six waves together, you will experience each one through your own lens.
🌊 RETURN — Where am I now? 🌊 BREATHE — Can I create space? 🌊 MOVE — What is my body asking for? 🌊 NOURISH — What truly feeds me? 🌊 RHYTHM — What supports the life I actually live? 🌊 RENEW — What am I taking with me?
Think of me as your guide, not someone standing at the front of the room telling you what you should be doing.
I'll give you the map.
We'll explore together.
But you walk your own path.
And perhaps that is what I love most about this experience.
Five women can sit in the same room, hear the same lesson, move through the same practice—and each one can walk away with something completely different.
