Ashburn Ice House Adult Hockey League

Registration is Open

The majority of adults find themselves struggling to get motivated to work out. Playing hockey is an excellent solution, providing both physical and mental benefits. Since 1998, over 8,400 adult hockey players have taken advantage of these benefits by playing on an adult team at the Ashburn Ice House.

Physical benefits to playing in an adult hockey league include:

  • Burns calories/boosts metabolism
  • Develops the cardiovascular system
  • Builds muscular strength

Ready to make some physical and mental improvements? The Ashburn Ice House offers two different leagues -- the regular adult league with three different divisions and the masters league which is limited to 40+ year olds. Special offers are available to all adult league participants.

Ashburn Ice House is a state-of-the-art facility located conveniently in the center of Ashburn, VA. Since 1998, the Ashburn Ice House has provided an outlet for figure skaters, hockey players, just-for-fun folks and first-daters. From pure recreation to pro competition, Ashburn Ice House is where Loudoun County skates.

The Ashburn Ice House features two indoor NHL-sized ice rinks, office space, locker rooms, a full-service ProShop, a weight training facility, and an in-house restaurant Pomodoros. The Ice House is easily accessible off of Route 28 and Route 7. The facility is a year round indoor ice skating facility.
