LEESBURG, VA — Friday will be the first "Cinco de Mayo" celebrated amid all this tough talk about a supposedly beautiful certain wall. Some might say the actual construction of such a border wall between the United States and Mexico is highly unlikely, but so, too, was Mexico's defeat of French forces at the Battle of Puebla in 1862 — on May 5.
