Clear the Shelters - Fee-Waived Adoptions!

Join us for this fee-waived adoption event! All adoption fees will be waived Friday, August 28 through Sunday, August 30 for available pets at the shelter.

New this year: all cats and dogs will go home with a three-month supply of flea/tick preventative and a large bag of pet food. Dogs will also go home with a three-month supply of heartworm preventative, sponsored by Friends of Loudoun County Animal Services.

Prospective adopters can view available pets online. The standard adoption screening process still applies during this promotion and most adoptions can be completed on the same day.

All dogs, cats and rabbits adopted from LCAS are spayed or neutered and receive a microchip which is registered to their adopter. Dogs and cats also receive age-appropriate vaccinations, and dogs go home with a voucher for four free group training sessions
