Free Kids Self-Defense Seminar (Ages 5-13)

The school year is in full swing, and so are the challenges of bullying. Not knowing how to handle these situations can hurt a child's confidence for a long time.

That's why Mastery Jiu-Jitsu Academy is hosting a Free Kids Self-Defense Seminar for kids ages 5 to 13 with no experience. Your child will learn:

- Effective self-defense techniques

- How to set boundaries and stand up for themselves, from our Bully Shield program

- Confidence that carries into school and everyday life

When: Saturday, November 7, 2026, 4:00-5:30 PM

Where: Mastery Jiu-Jitsu Academy, 161 Fort Evans Rd NE, Suite 135, Leesburg, VA 20176

Ages: 5-13, no experience needed

Cost: Free

Good to know:

- No experience or fitness level needed. The techniques are fun and easy to learn.

- Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle.

- Parents stay and watch, and can even be their child's partner.

- We'll celebrate with pizza at the end.
