Cardio Studio To Open On Lower Level Of Ida Lee Recreation Center

Leesburg, VA (January 29, 2021) – The Town of Leesburg’s Parks and Recreation Department will be opening a cardio studio on the lower level of Ida Lee Recreation Center.

Beginning Monday, February 1, the cardio studio will be opened Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to allow for more workout options during peak times.

A selection of treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes will be available as well as some body bars, kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and a stretching area.
