Christmas Throughout the Ages--Concert, Dinner, and Drink at the Old Stone School on Sunday, December 21

Get in the holiday spirit with a wonderful performance of holiday songs, dinner, and drinks at the final concert in the series at the Old Stone School. The concert, called Christmas Throughout the Ages, will be held Sunday, December 21, with doors opening at 6 p.m. for dinner catered by It’s a Peace of Cake and wine sold by the glass from Breaux Vineyards. This candlelight concert will be directed by Neil Weston, and feature a quartet of singers from George Washington University. Don’t miss your last chance this year to hear the beautiful vocal harmonies in the McNair Auditorium at the Old Stone School.

Tickets for the December 21 concert are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, $10 for students, and children 12 and under are free. Dinner and drinks are not included in the ticket price. The classical concert series, which benefits ongoing restoration efforts at the Old Stone School, is co-hosted by the non-profit Hillsboro Community Association and the Town of Hillsboro. All four of the classical concerts at the Old Stone School have been directed by Neil Weston who has performed at several of the nation’s most prestigious venues, including the Kennedy Center Concert Hall, Washington National Cathedral, and the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. The concerts have been supported by local businesses including It’s a Peace of Cake, Food4Thought, Karen Fuog, Petals and Hedges, North Gate Vineyard, Doukenie Winery, Hillsborough Vineyards, and Breaux Vineyards.
