An Author’s Happy Hour

Join us for a cocktail reception and Q&A session with Arion Golmakani author of "Solacers", a memoir that depicts his early life story of an abandoned orphan growing up in Iran seeking food and lodging despite the love of his divorced mother and stepfather. It is an amazing tale of a child’s survival and despite all the heartbreaking hardships he succeeds in securing an education to achieve his goal of joining the Navy where his story ends.
