Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship Open House

Come join us “Between the Hills” for a day at the Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship (BRCES) -- a place where nature, history and farming converge to reveal the connections between people and the natural world. Our 894 acres are home to hiking trails through deep woods, streams, a working farm, wildflower meadows, historic farmsteads, apiaries, and wildlife.  Events will include a farm tour, tours of the Center’s historic properties, guided nature walks, live music, and a pulled pig barbecue.  Admission is free, donations are appreciated.  Reservations are not required--children are welcome.  Sunday, May 20 from 1-5pm.  BRCES is located at 11661 Harpers Ferry Road, Purcellville, Virginia.  Visit our website www.blueridgecenter.org  or e-mail info@blueridgecenter.org for more information.
