"I'm a stay at home Mom who felt worn down with very low energy and tried many different diets and workouts over the years that ultimately didn't work. I was introduced to Body by Dion by some friends who were using him as a personal trainer in my neighborhood. I began seeing Dion two times a week and now I love it so much I increased my
