Forty Employees Recognized For Dedication And Service To The Town

Leesburg honors some of its most dedicated employees.

Leesburg, VA (November 2, 2020) – Employees who have worked for the Town of Leesburg five, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years were recognized during the month of October as part of the annual Employee Service Awards.

Town Manager Kaj Dentler presented certificates of appreciation to 40 employees. Among them were three who have worked for the Town of Leesburg for 30 years. They included Delane Parks with Planning & Zoning; William Brown with Streets & Ground Maintenance; and Karl Konopa with Streets & Ground Maintenance.

“The Town of Leesburg is pleased to recognize our employees not only for their years of service, but to acknowledge them for their dedication to our residents, businesses, and visitors,” Dentler said.
