Glass Found In Leesburg Recreation Center Pool On Tuesday Morning
The main pool at the Ida Lee Recreation Center in Leesburg is closed on Tuesday after employees found glass in it.
LEESBURG, VA — The main pool at the Ida Lee Recreation Center in Leesburg will be closed on Tuesday. Employees said they found glass in the pool on Tuesday morning.
The pool was shut down on Monday after employees originally found glass in it. According to the recreation center's Facebook page, the glass appeared in the pool after a skylight replacement.
The auxiliary pool and the spa at the recreation center will remain open on Tuesday.

"We are continuing to work with the health department on a plan of action," the recreation center said in an update.
The recreation center did not provide any timeline about when the main pool could reopen.
