IDI Opens Sales on Final Condominium at Lansdowne Woods of Virginia

Seven new homes will be called The Overlook and will enjoy sweeping golf course and water views.

IDI has opened sales on the final enclave of seven luxury condominium homes at Lansdowne Woods of Virginia, formerly known as Leisure World of Virginia, according to IDI Vice President/Project Manager Patrick J. Rhodes, Jr. The striking structure that formerly housed the active adult community’s sales and exhibit center, is being converted into The Overlook at Lansdowne, seven homes that will enjoy sweeping golf course and water views.

“As we get ready to embark on this final development here, It’s very gratifying to see how this wonderful community is so life-enhancing for the people who live here,” said Rhodes. “These last seven homes will mark a very satisfying end to our role as developers and a wonderful fresh start for the people who purchase them,” he added.

The Overlook offers unique one, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 874 to 2,252 square feet at pre-construction prices from $229,950 to $576,500.
