Inova Loudoun Hospital Offering “Ask the Expert” Lecture

Physiology and Treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

As part of its free “Ask the Expert” lecture series, Inova Loudoun Hospital will host Physiology and Treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction on Tuesday, November 14 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. While pelvic health issues are common concerns among women, many are reluctant to discuss them with their medical providers. The symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction – such as incontinence, constipation, sexual difficulties, pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding – can have a significant impact on a person’s quality of life. Fortunately, these disorders can often be reversed with treatment.

Join Board Certified OB/GYN Dr. Anne Brown and Physical Therapist Lindani Sechele for an interactive discussion about pelvic health. Learn more about the basic anatomy, common pelvic disorders, and treatment options.

The lecture will be at Inova HealthPlex – Ashburn, 22505 Landmark Court, Ashburn, in the 1st Floor Conference Room. On-site parking is available – free of charge.
