Officers say Rodriguez-Quezada's housemate, 20-year-old Joseph Lucio III, remained in the home while they tried to resuscitate Rodriguez-Quezada, and after his death was arrested for his murder. Investigators ahve determined the two men had been in a physical fight during the night, which lead to Rodriguez-Quezada's death.
