Leesburg Police Investigate Indecent Exposure On Ida Lee Park Trail

The Leesburg Police Department Criminal Investigation Section is investigating an indecent exposure that occurred Saturday evening.

Leesburg, VA (September 14, 2020) – The Leesburg Police Department Criminal Investigation Section (CIS) is investigating an indecent exposure that occurred Saturday evening on an Ida Lee Park trail.

On September 12, 2020 at approximately 7:17 PM, Leesburg Police Dispatchers received a report of an indecent exposure that occurred on a trail adjacent to Old Waterford Road NW near the rear wood line of Ida Lee Park. The adult female caller reported that while walking her dogs on the trail that she was approached by an Hispanic male who attempted to speak with her. The caller then observed that the male’s pants were unzipped and he was exposing himself. The caller screamed for the subject to get away from her and she fled the area. The victim was not injured. The male subject was last seen fleeing on foot towards North King Street.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male, 5’8ā€ – 5’9ā€ tall, average build, 160 – 170 pounds, in his late 20’s to early 30’s, clean shaven, with short dark hair, and wearing a light pink button down shirt and dark colored jeans.
