Heroin, Cocaine Seized From Leesburg Couple Facing Drug Charges
Cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin and marijuana with an estimated street value of nearly $18,000 were seized from a Leesburg home.
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Two Leesburg residents have been charged with distribution of heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine and marijuana in Loudoun County, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said Monday. Marcus L. Williams, 39, and Valkyrie Arradondo, 44, were arrested as part of an investigation by the sheriff's office into alleged drug distribution in Loudoun County.
Detectives had been investigating the suspects' role in transporting drugs out of D.C. and distributing them in Loudoun County, the sheriff's office said. Detectives conducted a traffic stop of Williams on Jan. 15, which was followed by a search of a home on Hancock Place in the town of Leesburg where both Williams and Arradondo live.
Cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana and a firearm were found during the search, the sheriff's office said. The seized drugs had an estimated street value of nearly $18,000, according to the sheriff's office.

On Jan. 15, Williams was arrested and charged with two counts of distribution of a Schedule I/II narcotic. Williams was later released from jail on bond.
But last Thursday, Williams was arrested again after several charges were added as part of the ongoing investigiation. Williams now faces the additional charges of three counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I/II narcotic, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, transporting a controlled substance into Virginia, possession of a firearm while in possession of certain substances, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, according to the sheriff's office.

Arradondo also was arrested and charged last Thursday with distribution of a Schedule I/II narcotic, two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I/II narcotic, possession of a firearm while in possession of certain substances and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
Both Williams and Arradondo are being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
